Plan fulfillment before you launch
Shipping is often the cost that surprises creators most. Price it into your pledge levels before the campaign goes live: you need the packed size and weight of each reward, where your backers are, and when the production run will be ready.
Share your reward tiers, unit and carton sizes, and expected backers by country, and we will help you estimate shipping per region. Our cost calculator gives an itemized estimate for the fulfillment side.
Backers outside the US
International backers can face duties and taxes on delivery. Decide before you ship who pays them. With delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping, charges are settled up front so backers are not asked to pay at the door. We ship to 100+ countries and will help you pick the right service per region.
After the campaign
Once the backers have their rewards, the remaining stock can keep selling. We fulfill your Shopify store, Amazon (see FBA prep) and retail and wholesale orders from the same inventory. Selling into the US from another country? See US fulfillment for international brands.

Your company or an importer you appoint. YouParcel provides freight forwarding and customs brokerage but does not act as importer of record.
What happens to leftover stock?
It stays in storage and ships to your store, Amazon, retail and wholesale customers as orders come in.
