Selling to US customers from outside the United States? YouParcel stores your inventory in our New Jersey and California fulfillment centers, ships US orders with US carriers and handles US returns locally, with one partner for freight in, customs brokerage, warehousing, fulfillment and returns.

From your factory to your US customer's door, and back again for returns.
Since August 29, 2025, low-value parcels entering the United States no longer qualify for duty-free de minimis treatment, from any country. Every parcel a brand ships to a US customer from abroad now goes through formal or informal entry, with duties and fees on each package.
Moving inventory into a US warehouse changes how and when duty is paid: goods are imported in bulk, with one customs entry per inbound shipment, and US orders then ship domestically. It does not remove duty on foreign goods, and the right approach depends on your products, values and volumes, so confirm the details with a licensed customs broker.
Domestic delivery also means US carriers, US tracking, no duty surprises at the door for your customers, and a US address for returns.
