Subscription box fulfillment is the storing, kitting and shipping of recurring boxes to subscribers on a fixed schedule. Unlike everyday ecommerce, where orders arrive one by one, most of a subscription cycle is built and shipped as one batch: components from several suppliers must arrive on time, every box must match the spec, and everything must leave within a short window. YouParcel receives your components, builds your boxes in New Jersey and California and ships them with DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS, while one-time and add-on orders keep shipping every day.
Estimate Your Monthly Cost
The same rhythm every month or quarter, agreed with you at onboarding.
1. Plan the cycle
2. Receive components
3. Build the boxes
4. Check and pack
Splitting the build between our New Jersey and California centers puts each box closer to its subscriber, which shortens transit times and can lower postage. We plan the split from your subscriber list.
The usual line items are receiving, storage between cycles, kitting labor per box, pick and pack, packaging and postage. Postage is usually the largest. Use our cost calculator for an itemized monthly estimate, or read more about kitting in fulfillment.
